camp staff training is starting today, and i’m not going.

i think this is going to be okay.

in celebration of not going, i’m going to do stuff that i love the most around flagstaff.  go to macys, shop at crystal magic, buy myself some sweets from the candy shop.  it shall all be oooookay.

there is just a lot of exciting going on right now…

I just got up from a two hour nap, which was much needed.

I’m just about to have a jalapeno cheddar bagel sandwich, inspired by Morgan’s recipe.

My bff, Bam, is moving into a kick ass house where Morgan and I will join him after summer.

I’m working to become a doula and a labor and delivery nurse.  I feel like it’s naturally the right thing for me to do.

I’m not going back to camp this summer, but I still get to visit the place that has always been my home.  I think that will give a new and refreshing look at something that I’ve loved so much.  And, if I still feel that love, maybe I’ll go back next year.  Maybe someday I’ll try to work for camp full time.  But right now, there are other things I need to do.  BUT, I still get to visit, which is going to be awesome.

I have a PAID HOLIDAY on memorial day.  What to doooo, what to dooooo.

I’m living in Flagstaff, where I’m surrounded by trees and the summer heat is just perfect.

I just moved into the home that Morgan and I are building all together.

I have the most amazing girlfriend in alllll the land.

Wow, I feel so adult-y.  There is magic in being an adult.  If anything, this is where all the magic finally happens.  I’ve grown up, and now here’s the life I must create.  And I can do whatever the fuck I want with it.  And that’s powerful :]
