welllll....
camp staff training is starting today, and i’m not going.
i think this is going to be okay.
in celebration of not going, i’m going to do stuff that i love the most around flagstaff. go to macys, shop at crystal magic, buy myself some sweets from the candy shop. it shall all be oooookay.

it was kinda like opening a time capsule after not seeing some of the contents for years. so interesting to remember what life used to be like for me, and how i’ve evolved. it was also cool to remember all the amazing things i’ve experienced and all the great people i’ve had the pleasure to meet.
it was all inspiring really, to know how rich my life has been and to get excited...

i’m pretty much fine about not going back to camp this summer.
i have too many other things going on that i’m excited about: i know i’d just get antsy having to be there all week.
but after 7 years of counting down the days until camp starts,
it pangs me to be missing out on that,
and to not be connecting with the counselors on how excited we are.
